The District Education Authority Rawalpindi, under the Chief Executive Officer’s office, has issued a notification regarding the timings of different schools.

According to this notification, the CO, DEO Rawalpindi has issued orders for the new scheduled/classified schools after the Punjab government’s Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. The schools for boys will start at 7:30 am, while the schools for girls will start at 7:15 am. In addition, there are also double shift schools, schools in Hali Area and second timings on Fridays.

After Ramzan-ul-Mubarak, the Lahore education department has issued a notification regarding the change in school timings in Rawalpindi/Murree’s all government and private schools from 26th April 2023 to 25th October 2023.

On 20th April 2023, the CEO, District Education Authority Rawalpindi issued a notification about the new school timings after Ramzan-ul-Mubarak. The relevant authority updated the previous school timings with the impact of the change in male and female schools, and all model schools will follow the latest timings. All public and private schools in Rawalpindi and Murree strictly follow the latest opening and closing timings of all public and private schools.
