The Body Shop Manager will be responsible for maximizing the performance, revenue, and productivity of the Body Shop Department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Body Shop Manager will oversee the staffing needs, expense control, customer retention, employee relations, goal achievement, shop maintenance, and Body Shop Service Records.
Body Shop Manager – Job Details:
- Set goals and objectives for the department and strive to achieve them.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain high quality standards of body shop repairs and minimize rework. Perform periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all body shop staff.
- Monitor the performance of body shop technicians and arrange training to keep them updated on best practices and skills.
- Prepare work schedules and assign workloads to ensure timely and efficient completion of body shop repairs.
- Maintain supply and support systems, including technical reference materials, workshop supplies, and other materials.
- Ensure that all personnel in the department understand and comply with company policies and federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop, service, and parts operations.
Body Shop Manager – Mulazmat Ke Taqazaat:
- Three to five years of relevant experience and/or training in automotive body shop industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in dealership computer systems
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
