Strategy:
- Acquire new high net worth clients for the bank.

Business:
- Achieve the monthly NSR budget for deposits, wealth management, FX, and assets.

- Maintain zero differences between AOF and WM.
- Achieve the monthly strategic focus budget, including deepening CA LCY, acquiring NTBs from priority, new wealth clients, and converting NA priority to priority AUM.
- Activate clients on digital channels such as I-banking, e-statements, SC mobile, etc., as per the scorecard.
