Full Job Description:
Analyze sales trends based on customer distribution, population, geography, characteristics, etc. to estimate business opportunities.
Conduct training in the branch for all banking partners regarding regulatory guidelines and lines of credit and products.
Activate the branch activation plan through R&R activities to increase entry into active branches by recognizing banking partner’s full capabilities in the given geography.
Administrative Relations:
Initiate campaigns/competitions for partner banks to increase sales in profitable sections.
Assist banking partners in presenting and closing sales for important customers.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for existing customers.
New Acquisition of Banking Partners:
Gather market information about potential partners, analyze partner profiles and customer mix to identify the best product fit from BAGIC’s portfolio, assess benefits and feasibility of partnerships.
Schedule meetings with potential banking clients and brief them about BAGIC products/partner with Vertical Head to offer beneficial products.
Service proficiency:
Work with cross-functional teams on all channels to ensure smooth operations without any obstacles and provide required productivity skills including daily servicing and policy implementation.
Collect customer post-sales related documents and hand them over to Operations Team; collect additional data/documents as per requirement.
Work with internal Operations Team to handle such requests/action such requests; coordinate with internal Operations Team to make it easier and acceptable for partners.
Support banking partners to register claims by customers, coordinate for approval within agreed timelines.

Practical Responsibilities, Practical Role:
Source merchants who require POS/EDC terminals/Bharat QR (merchant acquiring) in the local market. Work with mapped branches and sales teams for lead generation and closures. Meet customers, understand their requirements, negotiate on prices, and close AOFs. Create free leads from references and close them actively. Understanding of KYC, pricing, cost, submission, etc. Create performance reports and identify gaps/opportunities and increase topline revenue. Maintain customer relationships through strong portfolio management and growth.
Job Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in selling POS business with a reputed bank or merchant acquirer. Deep understanding of merchant-acquiring business. Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of acceptable KYC. Written and verbal proficiency in English and local language in the market. Capable and agile in presenting for internal and external candidates.
