As a brand marketing manager, you will ensure the successful execution of professional plans to meet future brand expectations and goals. You will also participate in the development of short-term strategic brand management marketing plans. You will ensure brand consistency by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions, supporting the development and execution of offline, digital and paid social advertising programs for the business.
The role focuses on managing media campaigns from start to finish and is also responsible for the performance of all media channels including TV, radio, digital, print and paid social. The brand marketing manager reports directly to the director – Womennovator.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role –

Strategy

You will participate in the development of brand marketing strategies to establish strategic direction and program positioning. In this capacity, the brand marketing manager will develop marketing partnerships with media partners and other external partners in an effort to expand the reach of the business’s brand message.
You will also participate in the development and execution of paid social programs on advertising platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter etc. to support the brand’s paid media programs. In this capacity, you will contribute to the development and execution of all online/offline events, promotions for the business/brand.

Management

You will play a managerial role in the production process for all offline marketing materials, such as project timelines etc. You will be tasked with maintaining the operations production budget for downstream departments to ensure continuous effective and cost-efficient allocation of resources. You will also oversee multiple external agencies to develop creative advertising, high impact promotions, and media planning, event execution.

Collaboration

You will work closely with the director to review and approve all branded elements for advertising and launch materials such as printed collateral, product packaging, online assets, launch toolkit, product logos and videos etc. In this collaboration, he also provides feedback and insight on program performance and relays them for further strategic development and solution preparation. You will work as a collaborative partner and liaison among all internal product departments to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent strategies.
You will also be tasked with collaborating with external partners to ensure that all media plans are aligned with the business’s values and goals, delivered on time and on budget.

Analytics

You will also play an analytical role where you will research and analyze, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports that are distributed to management and key stakeholders. Some of these documents include marketing briefs, competitive analysis, campaign recap decks, and much more.
In this capacity, you will ensure that products/services maintain a consistent voice that is relevant for both the business’s brand and audiences, ensuring consistent, timely and accurate development, distribution of brand identity by supporting all offline marketing campaigns.
Other Duties: You will also perform other duties as directed by the director.

Womennovator is looking for candidates with the following qualifications to establish success in this role from the first day:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognized university (fully verified and confirmed before starting).
  • 5 years of experience in brand management or integrated marketing.
  • Leadership experience of three (3) years.
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal), including the ability to influence and navigate a diverse and complex organization with agility and tact.
  • Highly skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.

  • Guide major possibilities and leadership in major discussions, while creating suitable sales conditions.
  • Establish and implement short and long-distance goals, objectives, policies, and operations procedures.
  • Prepare, issue, and review sales materials, presentations, and advertising programs.
  • Maintain contact with partners, retailers, and customers and assist in resolving their issues and problems.
  • Increase coordination and support between customers and sales teams.
  • Comply with sales regulations and procedures and take independent action to achieve sales goals.
  • Use proper procedures to collect and store sales data and review sales programs based on sales directives.
  • Evaluate the processes, suitability, and impact of sales programs and train the sales team on their processes and goals.
